Wow!  Berkeley continues to burn up the wires with communications to the
Zoning Adjustment Board regarding tonight's meeting about the 18-story
proposed for the site of the historic Shattuck hotel on the block bounded
by Harold Way and Shattuck.   We've posted several more submissions--and
more are in the pipeline. And also, there's more information about a
significant report about how Berkeley police behave toward
African-Americans.
