[BerkeleyDailyPlanet] Emergency???

[Updates from the Berkeley Daily Planet]

I'm departing from my usual practice and "publishing" (posting) today's new
issue before I've posted all the articles.  If you check later, we'll have
more columns, reviews and more, but as of now you can see what's already
up.  This is because I think readers should be aware that there's an
"emergency" meeting of the city council today at 3, to consider giving the
city manager additional broad crowd control powers with the next threatened
alt-right rally as the excuse.  Bad idea. I'll go to the meeting and let
