[Updates from the Berkeley Daily Planet]

I'm releasing today's "New Issue" before all the articles which have been
submitted are posted, since these two reference a significant item on
Tuesday's Berkeley City Council Meeting agenda.  Some of the councilmembers
are attempting to limit public comment at their meetings even more than
previously.  It's a poor idea.  Look at these two items for information on
how to protest.
