My research and perspectives are not perfect!</div><div><br></div><div><b>Voter Reg. and Voting</b></div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>In any case, already you should have received your <i>fat </i>Official Voter Guide for the California General Election. <i>If you have not received that, </i>please check your voter registration status <b>right away! </b>There’s ample time to update your registration in case you’ve changed —</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>- your name OR </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>- your address OR</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>- if something untoward has happened to your registration!</div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>In California, I believe we’ll <i>all </i>be voting by mail. Your sample ballot will arrive within about a week, perhaps <i>with </i>your <i>actual </i>ballot. </div><div><span class="Apple-tab-span" style="white-space:pre"> </span>You have until election day — Tuesday, Nov. 5 — to turn in your ballot, at official ballot drop boxes or by mail. There are also early voting locations, and you’ll get <i>more details </i>on that and local drop boxes by looking at <i>official sites </i>online, rather than thinking that what you get in the mail is the complete info. (Need I emphasize that you should be sure the site you go to <i>is the official one — </i>and not some “phishing” fake?) <i>If mailing </i>your ballot<i>, do so at lest a week early</i>, to be sure your ballot is receive in time (no postage needed!).
