escepticismo natural. Sólo que una semana después, en un periódico local, en un
recuadro pequeño, leí una crónica policial. La autopsia hecha a un abogado que
había muerto al accidentarse con su auto, reveló que tenía en la nuca una bala
de nueve milímetros. Una noticia como tantas de las que se oye en la región. A
mí me sacudieron cuatro cosas de esa lectura: la fecha del accidente, la
profesión del difunto, la ubicación de la bala y sus medidas. Detalles que me
había dado «Destello» días antes. A pesar de que sentí la adrenalina correr
impetuosa por todo el cuerpo, quise disculparla. Coincidencias, me dije. Pero me
