Even if it doesn't matter (and I would tend to agree with you
there), I'd try the patch that addresses the millisecond value in <font
size="4"><tt>T3</tt></font>, anyway.<br>

Negative milliseconds sounds like it could seriously disturb
something that wasn't prepared to swallow it... <br>

It can't be right.<br>

I don't suppose DEC supplied source for NML? More source got
released by default on Tops-10 than Tops-20 (you had to purchase
monitor sources), which we all thought was pretty enlightened as
it allowed a larger number of sites to contribute.<br>
