Dear NAPPC Partners and Friends:

We have been given an opportunity to work with the Minnesota DNR to help put
together an outreach education piece regarding land management of trees on
private lands, and the effects of herbicide and pesticide spraying on
pollinating species in MN.

One of the tree species of interest is hybrid poplar. However, there are
other tree crops grown for economic purposes, as well as some non-economic
species affected by pests that require chemical applications, which may be
included in the educational piece.

If you have any materials, advice, or weblinks (ex: related literature,
research, guidelines, spraying methods, etc.) about this topic, please
contact me and I will collate these materials to help the MN DNR.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions and guidance!

Many cheers,

~Kim
