The bee species list referred to was developed by  John Ascher and
colleagues and is available on the Discover Life website and  Terry does
know that species names begin with lower case letters!

Also  please note that the dollar value quoted for getting the job done
is a  MINIMAL estimate for CHEMICAL only!  No curator time, collection  costs,
etc., have been included in this, so the total required will be  perhaps
an order of magnitude greater.

I had no opportunity to check  this article before it went to  press,
obviously!
