[Pollinator] survey of pollinators in SC

I was recently contacted by the natural resource manager for a 
military base in South Carolina who is looking for someone to design 
a protocol for surveying pollinators on the 15,000 acre base. I 
cannot help them out, and wanted to see if I can find someone who 
can. They are needing a bid ASAP in the next couple weeks (by the end 
of this month). If you know of someone who might be qualified and 
able to do this, please have them contact me for further info.
