[Pollinator] Fwd: Steven's Kudzu sites

 The attached photos are from Yunnan and were taken a couple of days ago by
my colleague Dr. Ren Zong-Xin.  Some of you may be interested in how the
Chinese grow kudzu as a root crop.  However, a shrubby Vernonia species was
blooming along the roadside and here's Apis cerana taking nectar and
pollen.  The butterfly looks like a close relative of our own monarch or am
I menacing too much out of the black and white body spots?  Can anyone give
me the genus?
