[Pollinator] Fwd: Orchid pollinaria

A colleague sent me photos of the specimens described in this paper several
years ago.  I find the deposition of of the pollen sacs on the bee's head
very convincing but I did not want to become involved with this ms. with so
little training in Paleobotany and Entomology.  I think George did a nice
job.

Finally got these described.  I now have much respect for orchids, and how
they manipulate pollinators.
Can you call a plant “intelligent”?
