Hi,

Erythronium in SW OR have been blooming prolifically this year, the best bloom I've seen in over five years. Bees (their primary pollinators) are highly active on E. hendersonii, probably other species as well. There's also evidence to support the theory that most species of Erythronium form mycorrhizal relationships, forming a literal web with associated trees and other plants growing close by. I wrote a bit about it in an article on my blog, and was sure to include a lot of photos and a short recording of a honeybee (an introduced species) on Erythronium hendersonii.
