[Pollinator] stem nesting bee activity east coast

This spring I have seen very little visitor activity by Osmia and
leafcutter bees at flowers of redbud and fruit trees. At this time (March
29) in Georgia I would expect to see nesting activity at tube and block
nests but so far nothing. Have others in the east and southeast seen
similar activity declines for these bees? I'm wondering if the warm winter
followed by the recent freeze has caused unusual mortality.
Thanks
