[Pollinator] Quick Turn Around - Statistical Collaborator needed on APHIS Wasp/Bee survey proposal

Karen Roccasecca will is putting in an APHIS grant for another year of
funding for the wasp and bee surveys outlined in a previous email.  There
will be 2 years of data from 25 or so states/territories.  There will
likely be somewhere close to 75 sites.  Each site will have 3 trap types.
Each trap type at each site will have several 2 week samples for likely 20
or so common species.   The collaborator would look at these data and
assess sampling efficacy.   Sample sizes and detectability would be then be
projected under several sampling scenarios.  Work would take place ini 2020.
