Dear Ray,

We are pleased to send you the latest issue of Roots which focuses on
citizen science. We received so much interest in this topic that this
particular issue is one of our fullest to date. This issue includes
articles on a range of citizen science projects from crowdsourcing data,
and the use of apps to record and use biological data, to school
challenges, global biodiversity competitions and projects that support the
UN Sustainability Development Goals.

Should you wish to download a higher resolution version of this issue of
Roots, this can be found in the exclusive members area of the website.

The next issue of Roots will focus on pollination. If you have an
inspirational pollination project at your site, then we would like to hear
about it. We are currently looking for a variety of contributions including
articles, education resources and a profile of an inspirational garden
staff member.

To contribute, please send a 100 word abstract to helen.miller at bgci.org by
10th January 2020.
