The 2021 Orchard Bee Association Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, December 10th and Saturday, December 11th in Corvallis, Oregon. We hope you will join us to hear about all the latest Osmia research and meet fellow mason bee enthusiasts.

  *   Dates: December 10th and 11th

  *   Location: Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon

  *   In person and virtual options: We encourage everyone who can to join us in person. Please review the COVID-19 safety protocols below to make sure you meet the requirements. If you cannot attend in person, you can join us virtually! Prior to the meeting, we will send you a Zoom link so that you can watch all the speakers present their latest Osmia research and join in on the discussions.

  *   Registration: $75 registration fee to attend the annual meeting, online or in person for members and students. $125 registration fee for non-members. A link for registration and membership can be found below. There are limited seats in our conference room, so please register ASAP to guarantee your spot. If you are purchasing registration for more than one person, make a separate purchase for each person.

  *   Accommodations: We have 15 double rooms reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn for out-of-town folks who are attending in person. Below are details and a link for booking online.

  *   COVID-19 safety protocol:

Face masks are required while indoors at all times. All attendees, 12 years old and older, must provide one of the following:

A) Proof of being fully vaccinated - CDC vaccination record card, or a photocopy, photo, or mobile photo of the card. Cardholders must be at least two weeks past receiving their second dose in a two-dose series (Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna, or other World Health Organization-approved vaccines), or a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine. A valid driver’s license or another government-issued form of identification, such as a passport must be presented with the vaccination record.

B) Negative COVID-19 test administered in the previous three days. A test result must be in the form of written medical documentation (paper or electronic copy). The documentation must include test result; type of test; entity issuing the result; and specimen collection date.
