management has been strengthened by her years of work with federal land
managers and botanic gardens. Most recently Mary was the National
Collection Curator for the national native seed collection program,

w:st="on"><st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Chicago</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Botanic Garden</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>. She has also
worked at the USDA-ARS at the U.S. National Arboretum in <st1:place
w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Washington</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">DC</st1:State></st1:place>
as the Plant Records Assistant, leading the plant inventory and mapping
efforts at the Arboretum.. In addition to working with seed and living
collections, Mary has also worked with preserved specimens at the
Herbarium of Kent State University. Ms. Rager has a Bachelor of Arts in
Biology from <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Kent</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceName
w:st="on">State</st1:PlaceName> <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">University</st1:PlaceType>
and a Masters of Natural Resources from the <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType
