develop and lead a series of dynamic extension programs through which members of the Honey Bee Research and Extension Laboratory (HBREL) can direct bee-related information to target audiences. The extension programs that will be managed by the successful candidate
include:</span></font></div>
<div style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:5pt;"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt;">1) Partnering with beekeepers to improve the sustainability of beekeeping, <br>
2) Improving grower adoption of Integrated Crop Pollination practices, and<br>
3) Increasing public knowledge of bees through focused outreach efforts.</span></font></div>
<div style="margin-top:5pt;margin-bottom:5pt;"><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"><span style="font-size:12pt;">The candidate will use his/her discretion to plan strategic extension activities that foster measurable growth (educational, socio-economic, etc.)
