Without reading it I cannot comment however wouldn't reducing the resources provided by invasive weeds and increased generalisation potentially increase competition (higher niche overlap) for pollinators and/or plants and also increase heterospecific pollen transfer in the increasingly generalised network? Pollination networks become more generalised, reducing the mutual dependency on a few plants and pollinator species. Pollinators in restored plant communities change their behaviour, resulting in increased pollination quality and quantity.
