<DIV>We planted a meadow with Y summer campers last year in a field at the local
YMCA. There’s an unused volleyball court next to the meadow with a sand floor 8
in. – 1 ft. deep. Most of the summer, bees swarmed all over the sand. I think
only a few people were stung--including me. Local entomologists have identified
the bees as wolf bees and sand wasps.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>The sand is wasted space for the Y. Can you suggest who might be interested
in these bees? Thanks, Barbara</DIV>
