[HECnet] Multinet connections down???

  I've noticed that lots of the Multinet connections LEGATO is serving
appear to be down.   Not all of them, but lots.

  STUPI - down (Peter, where are you???)

I dunno, it's just echoes "BELL" on the console. Attempting remote 
power cyckle:
