[HECnet] Installing Ultrix

I tried the cd on a VAXstation 4000 so I'm pretty sure the cd is correct.
May be it got damaged during transport but that ought to be obvious on
visual inspection.
What year was the 3100 model 98 released?

I half checked the documentation CD for supported machines, but couldn't 
find anything conclusive one way or another.
