The RDBV71431KIT_AMV.ZIP is the 2005 file, all the others are from 2000.

I pulled the files down last night, but alas they are only for the Alpha
platform. Might anyone else be able to help? I'm not sure whether Rdb
ever appeared on the SPL?

I do have a kit RDBV7083 for VAX from 2006. I'm not sure if that's the latest one, but it should run on VAX-VMS V7.3.

If you want to get it, please inform me. I can put it on my anonymous ftp.
