[HECnet] Connect question

Hi,

I also would like to connect my systems to HECnet and need some more details on which node to connect to. I can use DECnet-Plus with DECnet-over-IP (preferably) or Cisco tunneling.

I tried to ask the details from Johnny, but I didn't get an answer yet.
