[HECnet] VAX/VMS Patches mirror?

Actually,   I would like to see something is the US and Europe.   The
STRGTE:: cluster is available in the US and already has public areas in
place for such things.   The best part is that you must be connected via
HECnet to even get to it!

It already has KITS$:, I will add PATCH$: this evening...

Maybe we should consider setting up an "official" repository somewhere
on HECnet with a node alias of PATCH:: or DIST::... something common
enough that we could frequently access it. If it were generic like
DIST::, we could put other files there that we've acquired and would
wish to share.

I've got some game files I could contribute to others who might not have
them.
