[HECnet] VAX/VMS Patches mirror?

Does the mailing list reject mails with attachments?
I tried twice and it didn't work.
The next two mails are rather long ;-)

More like they are trying to off-load VMS to a part of HP that is
completely clueless towards its importance. Every time the local
user's group meets here, there is an enthusiastic presence from HP
here, so perhaps the support end is resembling garbage.

Yes, we should maintain these patches on an accessible system within
this network of ours.
