[HECnet] No Hecnet access for area 44

[hvlems at zonnet.nl]

The bridge was stopped and started several times. My outside IP address is:
87.209.50.192
It worked flawlessly and neither the bridge nor its host have been changed or modified. -s usr1 just shows local mac and decnet addresses. 
It points to psilo.update.uu.se:4711
