[HECnet] CHIMPY's died

The power comes on and stuff happens, but no diagnostic beeps or anything.

Could it still be the power supply?

Hello!
Checked the power supply? It might have blown the fuses/circuit
breakers on it. What was it doing before it unceremoniously shut
itself down?
