[HECnet] VAX compiler kits

I'm copying the savesets to hard disk.

I've managed to lose my VAX install kits for the various compilers (I have
the full AXP SPD on RHESUS, but nothing for VAX).

Anyone got pointers as to where to get these ? My credentials for
ftp.usa.hp.com seem to have expired.
