[HECnet] Process.Com and Multinet

I got the Multinet license 5 days ago

Has anyone been able to get to PROCESS.COM lately?   I am trying to get
their to renew my Multinet license but it keeps timing out.   Until I get
this sorted out SG1:: will not be able to support tunnel links.
