[HECnet] RSTS/E + DECNET 4.1

I'll test from RSX once I get DECnet installed on it   how would I use image you provided? 

My RSX/VF image is not for use in RSX.
It can be used to create real tape for RSTS using RSX-11M-PLUS VCP utility.

To connect to RSTS from RSX you need RRS utility.
In M+ V4.6 you can build it using [200,200]UNSGEN.CMD after installing DECnet:
