Rebuilding the monitor is easy:

$ run sysgen$:sysgen
[answer lots of questions here]
$ assign/system sy:[0,12] sysgen$$
$ assign/system sy:[0,1] system$$
$ @sysgen (or "$ submit sysgen")

Either this doesn't apply to 10.1, or I've broken RSTS/E ;)

$ run sysgen$:sysgen
run sysgen$:sysgen
      ^
?File does not exist

$ @sysgen
@sysgen
^
?File does not exist

(yes, I assigned the logicals to)
