[HECnet] Node list update

5.99 can't have a name because it is only a DECnet router and nothing else,
you can't SET HOST to it, DIR it or anything like that. If you want a name
anyway let's call it A4ROUT.

I know. I've tried poking Rob about that, but don't have a name for it...
