    The DELUA is one board, while the DEUNA is two, I can tell you that much.

Right. In addition, the DEUNA have a PDP-11 at the heard, while the DELUA have a 68K.
So, at the microcode level, they are totally different.
The DELUA also have a better ethernet controller (a LANCE chip).

In short, the DELUA is improved in most ways. But it's fine details.
