[HECnet] Semi-OT: BITNET stuff

You were interested in HECnet<----->BITNET stuff, right?   I stumbled upon some BITNET NJE stuff that seems to know about VMS.

If I can get this to work with more point-to-point links, I might be able to get hobbyist IBM mainframe stuff linked to HECnet through the aide of BITNET NJE and UNIX/VMS.
