[HECnet] Stupid question - relative time to make SUBMIT/AFTER= work after 3 hours

Which OS?  VMS?

I don’t remember whether there are some differences here among operating systems.  On RSTS/E, you’d say /AFTER=+3HOURS (or +3H for short).
