[HECnet] Stupid question - relative time to make SUBMIT/AFTER= work after 3 hours

Certainly.  For example: "1:20pm+3days”

So I should have said: a date/time spec is an absolute date/time spec followed by a relative date/time spec, or just one of these.  Absolute time is date and/or time, only in that order.  Relative date/time is +/- days and/or hours and/or minutes in any order.
