[HECnet] VMS question

Johnny, access to patches is difficult these days. For VAX / VMS use the HP hobbyist program. Besides PAK's John Egolf, who runs it, will provide you with usercode passwords for the latest kits. V7.3 hasn't changed much do you'll be up to date.
