   or

   http://plato.ccsscorp.com/hobbyist_registration.php

   Note the underscore between hobbyist and registration in
hobbyist_registration.

Note: as you know HP is splitting itself in two parts. I got these url's
early July and they may no longer be valid. Try his email address and if it
bounces replace 'hp.com' with 'hpe.com'
