[HECnet] Links across volumes? (FILE/ENTER won't work)

Across disks, all I can think of are logical name search lists.
$ define <logicalname> <dir 1>,<dir 2>

You need to look into SET FILE/SYMLINK. I have to run out now. Later, if
nothing comes up, I'll put an example together for you.
