I am now working on a VMS public access system for the UK - ala deathrow. I expect it'll take several months to get it up and running. So far so good.

We'll get that on there when it's stabilized.

Basically, LAUNCH presents a list of potential services on HECNET (and a couple on the Internet) and then allows the user to connect to them.
