[HECnet] tape recovery: BP2 and

  I'm gonna try.  Of course this assumes they they weren't written from
the corrupt images on trailing-edge.com!  We will know soon enough.

  My most reliable 9-track drive is on an RSX system.  What's the best
way to make a raw tape image under RSX, anybody know?
