[HECnet] New IP for LEGATO...

I'm not sure what this is. I just walked into that. HTTP times out. ping 
times out. And there's no telnet response. So whatever this is. it's not 
working at this minute.

BTW, have you managed to get the incoming mail working yet?

I've basically been out of it for over a month now, caught some mystery 
virus in Beirut that almost killed me...
