[HECnet] Recommendation on replacement Dallas DS1287A

Yes - I'll second that DS12887A works fine in a DEC3000 - I find eBay also
comes up local and Chinese sources, depends on whether you want to wait or
not!

I've tried hacking old one's as well, but for example for £6 I can get
replacements from the UK - it's a no brainer for me, although of course
they don't last forever.
