[HECnet] Weird SUBMIT error

The job fails I think because it cannot find the saveset. The logfile woul‎d tell you exactly what went wrong. You'll find the logfile in the default directory of the usercode that submitted the logfile.
A $JOB card is not required, a valid COM file is enough.

What is in RHELIST.TXT?

If I were to make a guess, batch files have to start with a $JOB, don't 
they?
