[HECnet] Weird SUBMIT error

The job fails I think because it cannot find the saveset. The logfile would tell you exactly what went wrong. You'll find the logfile in the default directory of the usercode that submitted the logfile.
A $JOB card is not required, a valid COM file is enough.

What is in RHELIST.TXT?
If I were to make a guess, batch files have to start with a $JOB, don't
they?
