[HECnet] decnet-linux Question - is it possible to set up a public directory ala FAL$SERVER?

The same way it works on VMS:
- create a dedicated properly privileged account
- use ncp to create the object with the user and password credentials
The directory that will be used by FAL is the home directory for the account.
Or am I missing something?

Guys,

Do any of you know how to set up a directory for the FAL server in DECNET-linux that doesn't require authentication, like the default FAL account on VMS?
