[HECnet] Mail gateways (again)

The next thing I'll be doing is a mail daemon for RSX that can talk both 
MAIL11 and SMTP. So I guess I'm going to set something up sooner or 
later. If anyone else want to do something, feel free. But I know that 
I'm going to anyway, since I just can't resist doing stuff under RSX...
