[HECnet] Bridge connection to update down?

As all noted, Psilo was down, and the bridge is not setup to start 
automatically at boot time. All good now.

Also, MIM had crashed for some reason. I looked a little at it, but I'm 
not clear why MIM had crashed. Odd address trap in the DECnet code, 
while in kernel mode, if anyone wants to be technical...

No, they are not on the same box, and never have been.
