Is it available for hobbyists? If so, where?
Its no problem installing it on a VMS box here.

I would like to test my multnet link against some VMS machine. Anyone 
around that could enable UDP multinet to me?
(I tried Paul's python implementation, but I have some issues with it, 
so I'd like to test against something else.)
