Well, I could create an account for you on JOCKE, and you set the 
circuit cost of TCP-0-1 to something low, and you can test.
That said, I don't know if my ISP bandwidth might affect things some...

But a simple test using NICE from my end indicated that this had better 
performance than the bridge. (Ot at least lower latencies.)
